Fulfillment Policies

Most orders ship in 72 hours, but due to the nature of the industry, some orders will take longer. Orders will ship upon completion, partial orders requested by the customer will incur additional shipping charges. Standard shipping through USPS $10.25 plus MN sales tax, large or heavy orders will incur additional charges.

Northstar Handpiece Express, offers a refund policy for repair services, provided the issue is not related to customer-induced damage or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service. To request a refund, please contact us before the expiration of the warranty period with a detailed explanation of the problem and return your handpiece, free of charge, to Northstar Handpiece Express for valuation. Northstar Handpiece Express will repair or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method, less any non-refundable diagnostic fees incurred for initial assessment of the repair.
